At UFC 112, the unthinkable happened: BJ Penn lost to Frankie Edgar.  After a relatively uneventful five rounds, the judges came back with a unanimous verdict in Edgar's favor.  Say what you want about the decision, but BJ let a close fight go to the judges.  He looked like a broken and beaten man after the fight. Matt Hughes finally finished an exhausted and defeated Renzo Gracie in the last round of the fight. Both fighters tired as the fight went on and the crowd  booed the legends of MMA. This was a true legends fight between the man known as the gamest of the Gracies, Renzo Gracie and the greatest welterweight champion in UFC history, Matt Hughes. ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates -- Dana White described Anderson Silva's performance at the post-UFC 112 press conference as "embarrassing" and "disgraceful." ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates -- Paul Taylor will not be competing at UFC 112 Saturday night. MMA Fighting learned of the news from UFC sources at Concert Arena in Abu Dhabi. According to the UFC sources, Taylor is suffering from a bad migraine and was not medically cleared to fight. He was scheduled to fight against John Gunderson in undercard lightweight action.
