July 3rd 2010, two of the sports biggest Heavy-weights are set to collide. Brock Lesnar and Shane Carwin. This fight could very well go down in history as an instant classic, but before these two big boys get it on, let's have a look at the other fights on the card.
UnderCard
Jon Madsen (5-0) vs Karlos Vemola (7-0)
Many of you may remember Jon Madsen for his stint on TUF 10 "Heavyweights" as the man that used his wrestling/Ground and Pound to open up the nastiest cut ever seen on the reality show. Some say he is too one-dimensional to compete at the highest ...
Strikeforce Results: Fedor Emelianenko Suffers First Real Loss
Sunday, June 27th, 2010
Tonight MMA fans saw the return of Strikeforce's Fedor "The Last Emperor" Emelianenko. Fedor (31-1-0) who is widely considered as the top heavyweight fighter in all of MMA, entered the cage to take on Fabricio Werdum (13 - 4 - 1).
Werdum, trained in Brazilian jujitsu, said before the fight that his game plan was to take Fedor to the ground and keep him there. One problem Fabricio, we're talking about Fedor Emelianenko, the baddest dude in Strikeforce. Arn't we?
Fedor knocked Werdum down about thirty seconds into the first round, but Werdum recovered nicely by slipping Fedor into ...

WEC Aldo VS. Faber : First Impressions
Thursday, April 22nd, 2010
First off, I would like to say I would rather get this fight for free on Versus.
I will also say that if the WEC was going to move into PPV territory, that this is definitely the right fight to do so. The whole card is intriguing. It all action packed fights, so this is the perfect opportunity for the WEC to look to get into the PPV market.
This event is guaranteed to put an explosive end to this excruciatingly bad April. There are a number of potential fight of the year opportunities on this card. I will be shocked if there isn’t at least one match that will have you on the ...
