Sherdog reported this morning that Stikeforce light heavyweight champion Gegard Mousasi has parted ways with management company M-1 Global: Mousasi, who won the Strikeforce light heavyweight title in August, said he has a fight contract directly with the U.S.-based promotion and will continue to compete for it. UFC President, Dana White has seemingly revealed he has had recent contact with M-1 Global over acquiring the services of both WAMMA heavyweight champion, Fedor Emelianenko and his stable mate, Strikeforce light heavyweight champion, Gegard Mousasi. In an interview with Sherdog.com over the weekend, Dana was asked about the recent discussions with M-1 Global, revealing: “Listen, I think there’s a million different ways to cut deals.
