UFC President Dana White said on Saturday that he was infuriated by the performance of his middleweight champion, Anderson Silva, who spent 25 minutes in the Octagon toying with opponent Demian Maia at UFC 112.
"I don't think I've ever been more embarrassed in the 10 years of being in this business," White said. "It was the most horrible thing I have ever seen."

Most pundits are giving Demian Maia little or no chance to unseat middleweight champ Anderson Silva at UFC 112.
This is in spite of the fact that Demian Maia is one of the most credentialed jiu jitsu practitioners to ever fight for a UFC title. Maia has won the world jiu jitsu title three times and has also won the Abu Dhabi Combat Club submission grappling championship. Forget BJJ black belts like Thales Leites and Rousimar Palhares. Anderson Silva has a challenge directly in front of him at Saturday's UFC 112, but as he's one to do, he's already looking into the future.
The UFC middleweight champion apparently has his mind on all sorts of scenarios, including a possible drop to 170 pounds to take on Georges St. Pierre, according to an interview with Yahoo's Kevin Iole.
