The Ultimate Fighter 10 Finale medical suspensions go to nine fighters

The Nevada State Athletic Commission issued medical suspensions to a total of nine fighters from The Ultimate Fighter 10 Finale, and five competitors could be out of action for six months or more. NSAC Executive Director Keith Kizer today emailed the list of suspensions to MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com). Matt Hamill, Matt Mitrione, Darrill Schoonover, James McSweeney and Justin Wren all could be out of action until June 4 (or later) but can be cleared early by a doctor. The ailments range from a shoulder dislocation to a possible hand injury to a likely eye injury. My mom’s on Rampage’s side. She’s cheering for Rampage. She’s always saying, ‘Ruuh-shawd, be nice to Rampage! He’s so funny!’ I’m like, ‘Ma, who cares if he’s funny?’ It didn’t bother me at first.
